Qinetiq tidies up the GBG!

Posted on Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

Qinetiq staff at what’s officially known as the Bustard Site on Salisbury Plain (Qinetiq are a huge company working in the defence industry and have several sites across south Wiltshire) have tidied up the GBG image by taking our rather scuffed blue Landrover for a few days and – in their own time – have done a really professional job respraying it green.

The Bustard Site have also restored and donated a super generator. The generator will provide cover for the caravan office on Salisbury Plain and ensure the electric fence does not suffer from power cuts.

The GBG is delighted with the sponsorship and hope there will plenty more opportunities for the two organisations to work together in the future.

Thank you to all the Bustard Site staff.
