Habitat advice leaflet published

Posted on Tuesday, August 9th, 2011

One of the priorities of the new LIFE project is to develop and promote habitat advice for great bustards. We have made an important step towards this goal with the publication of a leaflet designed to promote our work to Wiltshire farmers and landowners. The leaflet contains information on the habitat requirements of bustards and the Environmental Stewardship options available which can help them. It also advertises the free habitat advice we are able to provide. The leaflet will be distributed to several hundred farmers and landowners in the target area of the project. We then plan to offer farmers the opportunity to visit the project site in the autumn, alongside one-to-one visits to farms by our project adviser.

You can take a look at a PDF copy of the leaflet by clicking on the picture.
